This Request for Proposal (RFP) document contains information regarding the criteria that will be used by VenuesLive Management Services Pty Ltd (WA) (VenuesLive), Operator of Perth Stadium to assess and select the Perth Stadium and Stadium Park - Uniforms, Linen and Laundry Products and Services Provider (the Provider) from appropriately qualified RFP Respondents.
Through this Request for Proposal, VenuesLive is seeking to appoint a supplier with a proven track record in the supply of Uniforms, Linen and Laundry products and services at major venues in Australia, that meet the requirements of Perth Stadium and Stadium Park Customer.
The items required fall within the categories listed below:
* Option A: Purchase a range of Uniforms;
* Option B: Purchase a range of Uniforms and outsource Laundering;
* Option C: Hire a range of Uniforms including Laundering;
* Option D: Purchase Linen and outsource laundering;
* Option E: Hire Linen including Laundering.
The items required fall within the categories listed in Appendix 2 - Pricing Schedule.
VenuesLive is also seeking proposals for a complete end to end management solution for all Options; including racking, infrastructure, printed bar code labels, RFDI chips technology, management systems and event day and non event day resources).
The Terms and Conditions applying to this RFP are set out in Appendix 1.
