Integrity Systems Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Meat & Livestock Australia (MLA) is seeking applications from interested consultants, organisations and individuals to deliver the SAFEMEAT Secretariat function for both SAFEMEAT Partners and the SAFEMEAT Policy Group. Interested parties may submit proposals to deliver the Secretariat function for SAFEMEAT Partners, the SAFEMEAT Policy Group, or for both committees.
Proposals addressing the project requirements should be submitted electronically to Jo Quigley, Chief Operating Officer, Integrity Systems Company.
A proposal addressing the below requirements must be received by 5pm, Friday 22 September, 2017.
Interested parties should develop a written response including:
* indication of which services the proposal is covering (Partners, Policy Group or both)
* relevant experience in the red meat and livestock industry
* knowledge and understanding of the red meat industry’s integrity systems, food safety requirements, standards and related legislation
* details of similar services provided to other clients
* proposed methodology for the delivery of the Secretariat services
* estimated effort for achieving objectives (i.e. number of days per year)
* daily rate and indicative budget (including travel)
* details of personnel who will be performing the Secretariat function and their qualifications to deliver the services
* proposed location for the Secretariat service
* proposed adherence to confidentiality
