Audio Visual Equipment Panel

⁠⁠⁠This Request for Tender ("RFT") is made by the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS) for the ongoing supply of Audio Visual Equipment under the proposed agreement provided in Part D.

The key outcome of this RFT is to obtain a purchasing solution for UTS' immediate and ongoing Audio Visual Equipment needs.

Respondents are required to tender based on consideration of an ongoing "relationship" arrangement with UTS, rather than on the basis of individual order volumes. The proposed discount arrangement offered by the successful supplier will be fixed for the Term of the Agreement for all orders regardless of transactional volume.

It is UTS' preference to award 'Preferred Supplier' status to a single supplier as a result of this tender, however UTS reserves the right to award to one or more suppliers if it is deemed in the university's best interest to do so.
