Tenders are invited for stages 3 and 4 of the renewal of netball courts at the Maroochydore Multi Sports Complex. The complex, located off Fishermans Road, Maroochydore, has sixteen (16) hard courts and four (4) grass courts. The works under this contract are for the renewal of six (6) asphalt courts, which are to be converted to concrete courts, and construction of four (4) concrete pavement courts where the existing grass courts are located.

The contract comprises the following separable portions:
* Separable Portion 1 - Renewal of existing concrete courts (Stage 3 - Courts 3 - 8)
* Separable Portion 2 - Construction of new concrete courts (Stage 4 - existing grass courts 17 - 20)
