User Researcher/User Experience (UX) Designer

⁠⁠⁠DVA is seeking experienced user researchers/UX designers with interaction and interface design skills to work and mentor a team required to deliver improvements for clients, staff and external stakeholders’ experience of various government programs. 6-8 weeks. Actual timeframes are dependent on project timeframes, and may be extended if required.

You will work with a multi-disciplinary team that may include developers, subject matter experts, product owners and delivery managers/scrum masters.

Take the lead on user research to enable a shared and deep knowledge of users and their needs, plan research, prepare co-design sessions, share and analyse findings with the team. Create actionable insights to guide design, flow, logic and language for the digital experience & registration service.
