Property NSW’s Real Estate Sales Agent Prequalification Scheme offers a platform for real property professionals to tender for provision of real estate services to government agencies.
The pool of prequalified real estate sales agents will provide real estate expertise and services to assist with the delivery of property disposals for a range of residential, commercial, and other assets of varied complexities across New South Wales.
To achieve prequalification, Applicants are required to provide evidence of successful property sales (transacted within the past 12 months) within the category/ies nominated, and 2 referee reports confirming organisational capability in that type of work.
Note: We are seeking local agents. Each office of a franchised agency that wishes to participate in the Scheme is required to complete an Application for the Region in which they are based. Applicant must provide their unique ABN, and not that of their head office.
Scheme Conditions, Agency Agreements and Special Conditions (Annexure to Agency Agreements) shall be agreed in principle upon submission of your Scheme Application.
Project specific terms such as scope, timeline and fees shall be agreed during subsequent tender processes.
