In accordance with Part 4, Clause 11(1) of the Local Government (Functions and General) Regulations 1996 where tenders require to be publicly invited, the Shire of Augusta Margaret River is seeking Tender responses from appropriate suppliers for the upgrade of the Fearn Avenue public toilets located in Margaret River.

A copy of the Request for Tender (RFT) documents (including the Specification Requirements) can be obtained from Jo Smith by calling (08) 9780 5255 or emailing amrshire@amrshire.wa.gov.au (including a note of the RFT title and reference number in the email subject).

Please note that once you have obtained a copy of the RFT documents any clarifications you require in relation to the content or requirements of the RFT should to be issued in writing to the attention of David Gunn at amrshire@amrshire.wa.gov.au, no later than 3.00pm AWST Friday 25 August 2017.

Tenders must be clearly marked with the appropriate Tender number, placed in a sealed envelope and addressed to:

or they may be lodged in the Tender Box at the Shire of Augusta-Margaret River main Administration Office situated at 41 Wallcliffe Road, Margaret River, by the specified closing time below.

All tenders are to be received by the Shire of Augusta-Margaret River before the Tenders close at 2.00pm AWST Friday 8 September 2017 - No late tenders will be accepted.

Canvassing of the Elected Councillors or Officers will result in immediate disqualification of the relevant Tender.
