Tender Description
UrbanGrowth NSW is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably, qualified and experienced building contractors to create a panel for the construction of fully documented individual or multiple residential buildings. This may include the following type of buildings.
* Detached house;
* Semi-detached house;
* Terrace house;
* Social housing;
* Apartments (midrise - up to 4 levels).
The estimated average value of projects for the construction of residential buildings range from $500,000 to $5,000,000.The works proposed are for the construction of residential dwellings and buildings.
