The scope of this project is all contractor performed electrical, civil and signage works required for the installation of EV Chargers for the following locations. Tully, Bowen, Mackay, Carmila, Marlborough, Miriam Vale (Northern Package) and Childers, Maryborough, Cooroy, Charlton, Springfield and Helensvale (Southern Package). The scope excludes work to be completed by the electrical utility provider.

The following general scope refers to site specific preliminary concept sketches (subject to change) attached to the appendix of the Scope of Works:
* Procurement, install and energisation of a standalone 3 phase switchboard and mounting plinth.

* Install and energisation of 2 chargers (one of each per site):
 * 1xTritium Veefil - TRI93-50-01 “Veefil 50kW DC Fast Charger
 * 1xEVlink 44kW AC EV Charger

* Procurement and install of all underground conduits and consumer mains. Including the following;
 * 2x63mm electrical underground conduits from distribution board to charger locations via 2xP5 electrical pits (see site specific details for locations/lengths).
 * 1x100mm electrical underground conduit between Ergon Point of Supply and 3 phase LV switchboard (see site specific details for locations/lengths).

* Installation of concrete foundation and slab to accommodate charging units, signage and bollards.
* Removal of vegetation, paving, garden beds etc. as required for adequate installation (please see site specific details for more information).
* Site clean-up, rubbish disposal and re-instatement to the satisfaction of The Principal.

All site works including testing and commissioning to be completed by 17 December 2017.

Tenders are to be submitted on the basis that they are for the whole Contract or for complete packages.

Ergon Energy’s preference is to award one Contract for Packages 1 & 2 (all sites) to a single Contractor however may elect to award Package 1 and Package 2 as separate Contracts to different Contractors.
