Tender Description
Facilities Upgrade and electrical compliance works include repairs, maintenance and improvements to four (4) existing buildings on the Borneo Barracks Site.
Building Upgrade Works shall be undertaken in two (2) separate locations within the Borneo Barracks site. Refurbishment works include minor floorplan reconfiguration of walls and doors, new floor finishes and electrical and communications services. Concurrently with these works, a new male demountable shower and toilet facility will be installed adjacent to the Building.
