During August, September, October & November 2017, Council’s Sporting Ovals Section will be spraying broad leaf weeds and grasses on the following Oval’s.

Lapstone oval, Knapsack ovals, Blaxland ovals, Warrimoo ovals, Summerhayes ovals, Tom Hunter oval, Pitt Park oval, Browntown oval using the herbicides Roundup bioactive. Active Constituent – Glyphosate. Penmag, Active Constituent – 960g/L S-Metolachior. Destiny Herbicide, Active Constituent - 100 g/kg iodosulfuron-methyl-sodium. Kamba – M, Active Constituent – Dicamba. Barricade, Active Constituent – 480g/L Prodiamine. Monument Herbicide, Active Constituent – Trifloxysulfuron sodium.

This spraying will only take place if the weather permits.
