CMBM Facility Services Pty Ltd seeks to engage trade specialists in support of our Building Services Division.
Due to the high demand on current resources we are actively seeking Trade Service providers to enter a Service Agreement with us that permit us to sub-contract work to your business direct. The attributes required are as follows:
• Must be a registered Business
• Must have Insurance Coverage – Work cover/Public Liability etc
• Must be licenced for the trade type
• Must have sufficient coverage across SE Qld
• Must be well equipped/resourced
• Must deliver high quality results
• Must be able to provide positive work references
Desirable attributes are:
• State wide coverage a bonus, specific locations are listed below
• Low or no call out fee or prepared to negotiate on rates
Trades and locations required are:
• Tilers (Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast)
• Painters (Toowoomba, Sunshine Coast)
• Brick/Block Layer (Brisbane, Sunshine Coast)
• Glazier (Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast)

• Concreter (Brisbane, Sunshine Coast)
• Handyman (Toowoomba, Rockhampton)
• Glazier (Gold Coast, Toowoomba)
• Electrician (Toowoomba)
• Lock Smith (Toowoomba)
• Flooring (Toowoomba, Sunshine Coast)
• Tile Roofer (Brisbane, Gold Coast)
• Line marker (Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Brisbane)
• Fencer (Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast)
• Tree Services (Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Bundaberg)
• Lawn and Garden Maintenance (Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Rockhampton)
• Earth Works (Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast)
• Plasterer (Brisbane, Gold Coast)
