Tender Description
Tamworth Regional Council (TRC) is seeking tenders from suitably qualified consultants for Tender No. T017/2018, Detailed Design of Structural Repairs to Bridges on Local and Regional Roads.
This tender is a Quality Assurance contract with method of payment being Schedule of Prices. The scope of work comprises of detailed design of structural repair works and reporting for a total of 8 load limited bridges in the TRC Local Government Area. The consultant will be required to undertake design for remedial works that would be appropriate to restore the capacity of 5 bridges on Local Roads and 3 bridges on Regional Roads within the Tamworth Region to that required to safely carry various axle configurations, and suitability for Higher Mass Limit (HML) Restricted Access Vehicles (RAV).
Tenderers must attend the compulsory pre-tender briefing meeting and optional site inspections for bridges to be considered for this tender.

When: 10.30 am - 12.00 pm AEST, Friday 18 August 2017
Where: 4th Floor Function Room, Ray Walsh House, 437 Peel Street, Tamworth NSW.
Tenders close at 11.00 am AEST, Tuesday 29 August 2017.
Council is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender and any Tenderer who directly or indirectly canvasses support from an elected member or servant of the Council will be disqualified.
