Esperance Seafront Caravan Park Redevelopment Masterplan

⁠⁠⁠The Shire of Esperance is seeking quotes to prepare a redevelopment masterplan for the Esperance Seafront Caravan Park.

The Esperance Seafront Caravan Park is one of a diminishing number of coastally located caravan parks within town sites in Western Australia and is located on the corner of Norseman Road and Goldfields Road in Esperance. It is the largest caravan park in Esperance and management has only recently reverted to the Shire of Esperance following the expiry of a lease with a commercial operator. A manager has been contracted to undertake the day-to-day park requirements on behalf of the Shire.

Presently the majority of the caravan park assets are aged and limited upgrade and replacement has occurred over the past few years.
