Tender Description
* The works involve the full removal of the building and associated structures including the removal of footings and capping all services, and reinstating any holes or depressions as a result of demolition works back to a level surface suitable for pedestrian traffic.
* All works are to be in accordance with all Australian Standards relating to demolition and Asbestos removal
* All works are to be in accordance with the conditions of consent of the Development Approval. An Environmental Management Plan is to be developed and provided by the successful Contractor
* Contractor is to provide a work schedule for undertaking the works including a start and finish date, this will be used in the assessment of quotations
* Contractor is to provide a demolition methodology for undertaking the works in a single page format
* Waste Management Plan
* Protection of existing grandstand including dilapidation report and photographs prior to undertaking works
* It is anticipated that the building contains an amount of asbestos sheeting. Council is currently undertaking an asbestos audit and will provide the information
* The site is to be fully security fenced and secure from the public who will be using the sporting facilities adjacent
* A Traffic Management Plan and vehicle movement plan is to be provided prior to works commencing indicating Peisley St as the main entry / exit point
