Maitland City Council has recently been appointed as the trustee for Maitland Gaol. This represents a pivotal change in the way the site can potentially be operated and developed.

To drive the future development of the facility, Council is now looking for a consultant to develop a five year Business Plan and Site Master Plan for Maitland Gaol to ensure its long term sustainability and reaffirm its position as one of the most iconic and unique tourism attractions in NSW.
Council is looking for the successful consultant to develop plans that are ambitious and innovative yet pragmatic and achievable.
