Tender Description
Kentish and Latrobe Councils seek an expression of interest from interested parties for the provision of the following:
An Expression of Interest enables suppliers of goods and services to register their prices with Kentish and Latrobe Councils.
During the period, the Councils may wish to engage suppliers and service providers in a number of fields of operations including the following:
* Plant and Equipment Hire
* Supply of Ready Mix Concrete
* Supply of Road Construction, Quarry and Landscaping Materials (including road gravels, rock, sealing aggregates, dense graded asphalt, cold mix asphalt, bituminous products, general fill, screened topsoils, compost, bark, playground soft fall, geotextile and geogrids, stormwater drainage products, traffic control devices and signage, etc.)
* Service Provider services,
* Labour/Tradesperson Hire
* Skilled construction personnel
* Plant Operators
* Landscaping, Fencing
* Weed Control
* Tree/Vegetation Management
* Road Maintenance: Minor Construction and Sealing
* Provision of Traffic Management
* Provision of engineering survey and site setout
Suppliers and service providers are invited to submit expression of interest on one or more of the above fields of operation that they believe may be of use or interest to Kentish and Latrobe Councils.
The Expression of Interest form/s must be completed and enclosed in a sealed envelope Clearly Endorsed with the words:
“Expression of Interest for Suppliers and Service Providers 2017-2019”
It is to be lodged:
* In the Tender Box at the Council Offices, 170 Gilbert Street Latrobe 7307, or
* Posted by mail to PO Box 63, Latrobe, 7307.
To be received prior to 4.00pm on Friday 18 August 2017. Registrations received after this time will be submitted as supplementary listings.
