This Request is to establish an endorsed panel of suitably qualified Contractors for the supply and delivery of the following categories:
(a) Provision of Bulk Fuel
(b) Provision of Fuel Card Services
(c) Provision of Oils, Lubricants and Vehicle Care Products

All 7 state and territory Members of the NPN are participating in this Tender. The organisations participating in this request for tender process (Participating NPN Members):
* Local Government Procurement (LGP),
* Local Government Association of the Northern Territory (LGANT),
* Local Buy Pty Ltd (LB),
* LGA Procurement (LGAP),
* Local Government Association of Tasmania (LGAT),
* Western Australian Local Government Association (WALGA) and
* MAV Procurement (MAVP).

The Customers may be any of the various Local Governments, Not for Profit bodies and other organisations entitled to purchase Nationally from LB, LGP, LGAT, LGANT, LGAP, MAVP or WALGA contract arrangements.

The National Procurement Network (NPN) is an informal alliance of Local Government State and Territory procurement bodies, all of whom have objectives to harness the collective buying power of Local Government and to promote best practice procurement within the Local Government sector.
