This tender is for Contract No. T06/17/18, the work under the Contract comprises, but is not limited to the following:
Buchanans Road, Barooga - Raw Water Pumping Station

Design, supply and install new pumping machinery and pipework to replace the existing pumping station located on the inclined bank of the Murray River at Buchanan's Road, Barooga. It is intended that the new installation will be integrated with the existing treated water offtake pumping station structure located 50m downstream of the raw water pumping station.

Connection of new pipework to existing rising mains servicing raw water towers at the Barooga Water Treatment Plant.

Upgrade and connection of electrical power and control systems from existing raw water pumping station switchboard/control cabinets to the proposed pumping station.

Commissioning of completed pump station and associated control units.

A separate quotation will be prepared for the removal of the existing booster pump assembly, blank-off pipework, jetty structure including piers and access staircase from the existing raw water pumping station inlet site.
