Tender Description
Toowoomba Regional Council (Council) invites entries in the Tobruk Memorial Drive Lookout Ideas Competition. Tobruk Memorial Drive Park is on the edge of the Great Dividing Range in east Toowoomba. The park has scenic views taking in Tabletop Mountain. In 2016, the ‘Bob Dodd’ lookout was removed from the eastern end of Tobruk Memorial Drive due to safety concerns. Council is proposing a new lookout be established at the park and is looking for innovative design ideas that will establish an iconic lookout and surrounds.
