Tweed Shire Council is seeking to appoint a Service Contractor(s) to perform the cleaning and security duties at the South Tweed Heads and Banora Point Community Centres upon the terms and conditions provided for in this Agreement.

The Contract will be let as a whole contract or in Separable Portions. Bidders can price one or all or any combination of the Separable Portions.
