Summary of Specification
The following summary indicates the general nature of the Works for which Delta Electricity desires Tenders to be submitted and is issued to enable Contractors to make an assessment whether Specification documents should be obtained from Delta Electricity for the purpose of submitting a tender response. It does not form part of the Specification and should not be included as part of the Tenderer's offer.

Purpose of Work
The Works required under this contract covers the manufacture and supply of fabric filter bags at Vales Point Power Station.

The extent of the work is for Manufacture, Supply and Delivery of 30,000 Fabric Filter Dust Collection at Vales Point Power Station. The Specification includes two (2) Portions and they are as follows:
a) Portion 1
Manufacture and supply of 20,000 fabric filter bags for Vales Point Power Station as per the requirements of this specification.

Bags are to be delivered to Vales Point Power Station within 20 weeks of date of order. Tenderers are to advise where this delivery time cannot be met.

The Tenderer shall provide a Firm Rate for high temperature bags in the Pricing Schedule.

b) Portion 2
Manufacture and supply of 10,000 fabric filter bags for Vales Point Power Station as per the requirements of this specification.

Bags are to be delivered to Vales Point Power Station within 20 weeks of date of notification by The Principal. Tenderers are to advise where this delivery time cannot be met.

The Tenderer shall provide a Firm Rate for high temperature bags in the Pricing Schedule.

Quotations will close at 1.00pm on Tuesday 8th August, 2017 at Vales Point Power Station.
