This Request for Quote (RFQ) document contains information regarding the criteria that will be used by VenuesLive Management Services Pty Ltd (WA) (VenuesLive), Operator of Perth Stadium to assess and select the Perth Stadium and Stadium Park - Non-exclusive Panel of Agency Event Staffing Partners (Subcontractors) Provider (s) (the Providers) to provide contingency staffing services to the Perth Stadium and Stadium Park, from appropriately qualified RFQ Respondents.

Through this Request for Quote, and as Operator of Perth Stadium and Stadium Park, VenuesLive is seeking to appoint a non-exclusive panel of high calibre, suitably qualified, industry leading Event Staffing Providers who have a proven track record in the supply of staffing services at other major venues in Australia, to provide the contingency event staffing services to the Venue. Accordingly, VenuesLive is seeking to appoint a Subcontractor that:
* Has a reputation as an industry leader in the provision of high quality staffing services for sporting and entertainment venues.
* Can provide suitably qualified and experienced casual staff for Perth Stadium and the Stadium Park’s varied events and activities.
* Is committed to delivering the highest level of customer service to the Stadium’s patrons and clients.
* Provides a commercially viable financial offer in the provision of the staffing services.
* Is capable of meeting the present and future needs of Perth Stadium and the Stadium Park.
* Is committed to making Perth Stadium and the Stadium Park a priority in terms of the delivery of staffing services when faced with competing service commitments to other clients.
* Will bring a flexible collaborative approach to its supply of staffing services, in order for VenuesLive to meet its obligations under its Operator Agreement, and deliver the Perth Stadium Project Aspirations and Operational Objectives.

The items required fall within the categories listed in Appendix 2 - Pricing Schedule.
