Request for Tender for the Provision of Mechanical Maintenance Services State-wide

⁠⁠⁠TasNetworks is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and experienced vendors to undertake state-wide mechanical maintenance services at a number of its administration and remote depot locations within Tasmania.

There will be compulsory site inspections held at the following sites:
Devonport Site Office, Tuesday 8th August commencing 11:00am
Maria Street Site Office, Wednesday 9th August commencing 8:30am
Cambridge Site Office, Wednesday 9th August commencing 10:30am
Huonville Site Office, Wednesday 9th August commencing 1:00pm

Prospective Suppliers are to confirm their attendance at the site inspection by COB Friday 4th August 2017 via email to Tenders@tasnetworks.com.au

Further details are provided in the attached RFT document pack, please review all documents in the pack. Ensure in your Tender submission you address all the requirements listed in the Scope of Works, complete the Schedule of Rates, Capability Statement and a signed Declaration by Vendor, which are included in the tender pack, along with any other supporting documentation.

Responses are requested in Portable Document Format (PDF) and must be lodged in the Tenderlink electronic tender box set up for this Tender by the closing time 2:00pm AEST Monday 21st August 2017.

Please allow sufficient time to up-load responses.

An online forum has been set up on the Tenderlink site for all questions from all vendors, and replies from TasNetworks will be posted solely via this forum.

The forum closes three (3) days prior to the RFP closing time.
