Tenders are invited for the Refurbishment of three Houses and seven Units at Warren and two Houses at Quambone NSW.

Tender forms and documentation must be obtained and read prior to attending the mandatory site meeting. All tender forms and documentation can be obtained following registration on the etendering website.

Close of Tenders: 2:30pm Tuesday 22nd August, 2017.

Tenderers must comply with the New South Wales Government Code of Practice for Procurement which is available at: www.procurement.nsw.gov.au.

Tenderers must hold a current unrestricted builder's licence for the State of New South Wales.

A Mandatory Pre-Tender Site Meeting will be held on-site comencing at 7 Deacon Drive Warren, Wednesday 2 August, 2017, 8:00am. Contractors intending to attend should register with the contact person at least 24 hours prior to meeting.
