Bruce Rock Flood Recovery Minor Works

⁠⁠⁠The Shire of Bruce Rock (Shire) invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced civil contractors for the supply of civil works plant, equipment and labour to undertake flood restoration work associated with the WANDRRA activated event, AGRN743 Flooding in Western Australia (January and February 2017).

Suppliers meeting the requirements of the tender specification are invited to apply. The contract will be in the form of a Principal administered Minor Works contract utilising AS4906-2002 with work undertaken on a schedule of rates basis under the supervision and direction of the Shire.

Late Tenders will not be accepted. Facsimiles or hard copy tenders will not be accepted. The Shire of Bruce Rock does not intend to submit a tender.

Deadline for Tenders to be submitted is 2.00pm WST, Wednesday 9th August 2017.

The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted. Canvassing of Councillors or employees will disqualify.
