Tender Description
The City of Swan is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from a suitably experienced coffee shop / cafe operator to enter into a lease with the City of Swan to provide a high quality coffee shop/cafe at the new Bullsbrook Community Centre on Chittering Road, Bullsbrook. The cafe will serve the library, creche, youth centre, various meeting and activity rooms as well as the surrounding sporting facilities and the greater local community.
