The Forster Bowling Club Group Limited is situated on the corner of Macintosh and Strand Streets in the tourist town of Forster. The club is just a short stroll from both the beach and the lake. The club has an Entertainment Centre and a 36 Room Motel.
The Club invites suitably qualified and experienced Contract Caterers to express interest in the provision of the Cafe and function catering services.
The club is willing to offer up a 2 year lease period. All cooking and refrigeration equipment is supplied. You will need to cover the rent, staffing for the cafe, service and functions when needed.
The successful applicant will need to provide:
* Cafe menus and function menus (eg wakes, parties, etc)
* Service staff that are excellent communicators and who truly understand the provision of friendly and outstanding customer service.
* Professionally attired staff.
* Examples of prior experience in a similar operation.
* Professional references.
Information relating to procedures and experience in managing WH&S and food hygiene and insurance coverage.
