Hort Innovation is seeking a suitably qualified, experienced and capable organisations to undertake the project Foodservice education around vegetable usage in older adult populations (VG17002).
The key objectives of this project are to:
* Review the current literature available in this area of research and identify gaps for further investigation
* Develop intervention study parameters and measurement tools, with appropriate ethics checks
* Implement and trial the intervention across sample populations, nationwide
* Analyse results, provide findings and recommendations in a report format for distribution to industry stakeholders.
