Tenders are invited and will be received up until 4.00pm Thursday 31 August 2017 for the design and construction of a Rural Fire Service Station, carpark, and all associated site works.

A compulsory site meeting will be held on site, 10 Ettrick Street, Kyogle on Friday, 21 July 2017 commencing at 11:00am AEST.

All tenders must be placed in a sealed envelope clearly marked 2017/18-001 Kyogle Rural Fire Service HQ Station and lodged either by post or hand delivery to Council's Administrative Centre, Stratheden Street, Kyogle, prior to the advertised closing date and time.

Council will not be bound to accept the lowest or any tender. Canvassing of Councillors or Council Staff will automatically lead to disqualification.

Members of the public and tenderers are invited to be present at the opening of tenders immediately after the closing time.
