AECOM Government Services Australia Pty Ltd is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for services to furnish chilled water system upgrades that will be comprised of the following:
1. Chiller Replacement - Furnish and installation of a single 750 ton, 480Vac, chiller, chilled water pump, associated piping and controls in an existing facility. The installation will require civil works to be prepare a new pad for the chiller and field coordination between new and existing piping. Scope includes the demolition of the existing chiller and abandoned piping.
2. Primary pump variable flow - Replacement of existing fixed flow chiller water pumps and associated controls with new variable flow chilled water pumps and controls.
3. Conversion to Two-Way Valves - Associated with item 2, furnish materials to convert existing 3-way valves for chilled water loads with 2-way valves.
