Tender Description
Alita Constructions invites you to submit a quote for any of the areas required, within your scope of works.
The construction consists of the following.
* It is of tilt panel construction with structural steel and colorbond roof cladding.
* The earthworks will include the removal of some concrete and brick paving areas, some concrete soakwells and adjustments to a limestone wall.
* There is a complete fitout internally and includes the replacement of fixtures and re-painting to the existing toilet block.
* Hydraulic works will include the disconnection and removal of the ATU including the removal of the contents.
