The Hunter Development Corporation (HDC) is calling for Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for the sale and development of the 5,250m2 premium waterfront site located at 35 Honeysuckle Drive Newcastle (the Site).

This EOI is an opportunity for experienced proponents to outline their vision for the Site and demonstrate their experience and capability to deliver an exciting design-led development.

A shortlist of up to five experienced design and development teams will be selected to proceed to the second Request for Detailed Proposals (RFP) stage.
