General Consumables

⁠⁠⁠Chevron Australia Pty Ltd (Chevron) is requesting information from Vendors that are capable of meeting the requirements set out in this Scope of Work (full and/or partial capability).

Vendor shall supply, deliver and unload products at Chevron’s delivery point. Products required by Chevron include but not limited to the following:
1. Manual Handling & Storage Equipment;
2. Welding Equipment & Consumables;
3. Tapes and packing;
4. Safety – Personal Protective Equipment (PPE);
5. Safety Consumables – Site and environmental;
6. General Consumables;
7. Tools – Hand, measuring & precision;
8. Tools – Cutting, threading and carbide;
9. Tools – Power, pneumatic and petrol;
10. Tools – Machinery and Workshop;
11. General Hardware; and
12. Building and construction hardware.

For the purpose of this Request for information (RFI), submissions provided to the Industry Capability Network of Western Australia should include but not limited to the following information:

1. Capability for full and/or partial, supply and delivery of Products from the sub categories above;
2. Capability, and clear identification, for any additional Products not in the sub categories above; and

3. Vendor managed inventory system capability and options, or suitable alternative based on best practices, for Chevron mainland warehouses (Karratha Distribution Centre (KDC); Perth Distribution Centre (PDC) and Onslow).

a. Include detailed Procure-2-Pay flow chart and vendor management inventory methodology;
4. Punch out or e-procurement integration capability;
5. Western Australian presence.
