Tenders are being sought for the set up, connect services including electricity and plumbing and installation of a shared septic system to two by two bedroom demountable that have been purchased and transported to Tjuntjuntjara.
Tjuntjuntjara is a remote aboriginal community 620 kms east of Kalgoorlie. Funding has been provided to purchase and install demountable accommodation. The works required for the tender is the setup of services (electricity and water) to the accommodation including setting up a septic system to the accommodation. As well the accommodation is to have a covered veranda on one side and a single bay car port on the other.
Information on the tender should include a break up of costs for the connection to services, installation of septic system, construction of veranda and installation of car port. The car port should have a cement base and the veranda should be timber at same.
