Tenderers must hold a current unrestricted builder's licence for the State of New South Wales. Home Warranty Insurance will not be required with this contract.

A Mandatory Pre-Tender Site Meeting will be held on-site at 52 Brookview Street Trundle NSW, Tuesday 18 July 2017, 10.30am. Contractors intending to attend should register with the contact person at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
