Tenders are to be lodged either by hand or post and to be received by the closing date and time. Late tenders and facsimiles will not be accepted.
Tenderers are entitled to be present at the opening of tenders, however, there will be no disclosure of the tender prices received.
Canvassing of Councillors and/or Council Staff by a tenderer will result in their tender being omitted from consideration. The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.
