Tender Description
10645 - Council's current Social Infrastructure Plan (SIP) has identified demand for a local Community Centre within the Redbank Plains South area as the highest priority for community facilities within the City of Ipswich. A local (Level 3) community facility is intended to provide a basic level of multi functionality necessary to support local activities at a suburb or inter-suburban level, servicing a community of 10,000 to 15,000 people.
Council is seeking Tenders from a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to undertake the partial design and entire construction of a modular building for the new Redbank Plains Community Centre project, in accordance with the documents attached to this Request for Tender.
Note that the civil and landscaping requirements are not part of this tender and will be released as a separate tender at another time.
