Tender Description
Design and construction of the Non Process Infrastructure (NPI) buildings including the following:
1. Port NPI Buildings - Administration office, warehouse, security, first aid, workshops, washdown, tyre change, lubricant storage & dispensing, gas bottle storage facilities, wastewater treatment and oily water treatment facilities.
2. Rail NPI Buildings – Rail Marshaling Yard buildings (diesel fuel depot, provisioning facilities, track & signal warehouse, signal & comms equipment room), Rail Loadout administration office & workshop, Remote Operating Centre (Perth).
3. Mine NPI Buildings – Administration offices, warehouse, security, first aid, OPF workshops, LV washdown & tyre change, diesel fuel depot lubricant storage & dispensing, gas bottle storage facilities
