Tender Description
Tenders are invited for the lease of approximately 2.25hectares of Reserve adjacent to the Toobeah Kindergarten, formally the CWA Hall Reserve and described as Lot 1 on SP 101134.
The successful tenderer will enter a Registered 15 year lease over the described land subject to the conditions generally outlined on the tender form. Council will meet the cost of preparation and registration of the lease document.
All submissions must be signed and made on the prescribed tender form as acknowledgment of the conditions that the tender is subject to.
