Talwood Pound Paddock Reserve - Lot 27 CVN356 Parish Talwood

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited for the lease of approximately 13.553 hectares of reserve adjacent to the Town of Talwood, formally the Talwood Pound Paddock Reserve and described as Lot 27 on CVN356.

The successful tenderer will enter a Registered 15 year lease over the described land subject to the conditions generally outlined on the tender form. Council will meet the cost of preparation and registration of the lease document.

All submissions must be signed and made on the prescribed tender form as acknowledgment of the conditions that the tender is subject to.
