Tender 107822 - Redevelopment and Provision of Childcare Services - 3 Abbott Rd, Artarmon.
Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced childcare providers to undertake the redevelopment and provision of childcare services at 3 Abbott Rd, Artarmon.
The tender comprises the demolition of the existing facility, development of the design, funding and construction of a new 77 place facility and provision of childcare services from the new facility on a long term lease arrangement.
Tender Documents which contain essential information and submission schedules may be obtained free of charge.
Submissions will be accepted until 11:00am on Wednesday 19 July 2017. Tenders received after the forementioned closing time will not be considered.
Tenders shall be submitted OR in a sealed envelope endorsed:
'Tender No. 107822 - Redevelopment and Provision of Childcare Services - 3 Abbott Rd, Artarmon'.
Hard copies of tenders shall be placed in the Tender Box located adjacent to the Help & Service Centre of Council's Administration Building, Level 4, 31 Victor Street, Chatswood.
