Tender Description

Leeton Shire Council Swimming Pool Complex Renovation and Redevelopment.

Proposed alterations and additions at Leeton Swimming Pool Complex, Palm Avenue, Leeton NSW.

Under S168 of the Local Government (General) Regulations 2005, Expressions of Interest are invited for the construction of alterations and additions to the existing Swimming Pool Complex at the above location.

Expressions of Interest are to be submitted in PDF format and should include:
* Company details including licenses
* Details of previous works carried out of similar projects within the past 5 years
* References / referees related to the above project/s
* Demonstration of ability to carry out the proposed work - showing experience in similar NSW Local Government Aquatic Centres; experience of the nominated filtration contractor proposed, experience in formed and poured concrete works, experience in major aquatic tiling contracts.
* Evidence of WH&S qualifications and safe work practices
* Relevant Insurance policies

All enquiries are to be directed to the undersigned, including obtaining copies of existing and proposed plans for the site.

A list of preferred contractors shall, upon assessment of responses, be selected and invited to submit tenders for the project at a date yet to be determined.

NOTE: packages to be less than 10MB.

Description of works: includes demolition of pool and concourses, 2 lane and ramp expansion of 50m pool, upgrade of existing 50m pool plant, new plantroom construction, new LTS pool filtration, water slide replacement, shade structures and new concourses.
