Western College is calling for expressions of interest to purchase 3 demountable buildings with air conditioning units and wooden walkways.
The demountables are in fair condition and are watertight but in need of internal renovation.
The units have been used as school classrooms and are now surplus to requirements as Western College is building a new school.
Approximate Building Sizes: 15m x 5m x 3m
Condition of Tender: The demountables must be removed by an authorised builder/contractor. All buildings are sold as is. We recommend viewing the units prior to submitting a tender.

Tender close 5pm 30th June 2017.
The successful submission will be notified by 5th July. There will be a 20% non-refundable deposit paid on acceptance. The units can be viewed by prior appointment by contacting Marinna on 02 6884 2899.
