To maintain the operational integrity of the power-operated doors, shutters and gates the Principal requires a Contractor to perform routine preventive and reactive call-out maintenance. These assets include all pedestrian doors, roller doors, roller shutters, sliding gates, swing gates, boom gates, cable gate and disabled toilet doors. The purpose of this maintenance is to ensure the continued safe and reliable operation of the power-operated doors, shutters and gates. This maintenance will maximise the lifecycle of the asset and ancillary components.
