For the Provision of Data Warehouse (DW) Consolidation and Upgrade Services

⁠⁠⁠The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for the Provision of Data Warehouse (DW) Consolidation and Upgarde Services for the Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS).

The QAS Data Warehouse Consolidation and Upgrade Project scope will include:
* Implementation of a dynamic DW that is flexible to changes in system requirements.
* Replication of the current set of over 100 canned reports from the following high level categories (report examples are outlined in Attachment 3 - Statement Of Requirement, Appendix A)
  * Care for patients
  * Care for staff
  * Daily activity
  * Service delivery
  * Value for money

* Elicitation of requirements through workshops with the QAS representatives to ascertain requirements for additional QAS data sets / reports for future BI needs.
* Transition of existing DW data to the new enterprise BI solution;
* Implementation of approved enhancements;
* Analysis and implementation of new BI requirements for the organisational areas below:
  * Operational data (incident response and patient care);
  * Clinical and Research data;
  * Workforce Planning data; and
  * Finance, Human Resources and Training data,

* Development of a PoC that confirms the chosen enterprise BI solution will meet the requirements;
* Implementation of organisational change and training (training of resources, development of processes and procedures to support the transition) to support the new enterprise BI solution;
* Full support and maintenance of the implemented BI solution, including organisational transition support;
* The necessary licensed software; and ongoing support and maintenance of the licensed software.

The QAS Data Warehouse Consolidation and Upgrade Project scope excludes:
* Decommissioning of the existing DW;
* Modifications to operational systems.
