* Demolition as required
* Construction and Installation of a new Lift to service the First Floor
* Stair and Handrail upgrading
* Installation of new roof sheeting
* Installation of new Reverse-cycle Air Conditioning for the First Floor
* Installation of new Lighting to the First Floor
* Installation of Roof mounted PV Cells
* Construction of Access Compliant Toilets at Ground and First Floor Levels
* Landscaping
* Installation of Goal post Netting
