Tender Description
The Orana Regional Organisation of Councils (OROC) represents the interests of 12 Member Councils in Central and Western areas of NSW. Pursuant to the Model Code of Conduct, each Council is required to establish a panel of Conduct Reviewers to inquire into alleged breaches of their Code by their Mayor, Councillors or General Manager. Matters referred to Conduct Reviewers may be handled by a Committee made up of at least three members, or by one member acting as a sole reviewer.
OROC seeks Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced independent persons who would like to be considered for appointment as panel members for a period of four (4) years commencing 1st August 2017. Persons seeking appointment must satisfy the criteria specified in the EOI and nominate their schedule of fees.
