Design and Supply of Broadcasting Audio Away Kits

⁠⁠⁠The purpose of this procurement is to engage a suitable supplier to provide Department of Parliamentary Services (DPS) with 10 replacement Audio Away Kits.

DPS expects the successful supplier(s) to support the following outcomes:
* Design and provide a total of 10 complete audio kits containing the following functionality:
  * Audio recording;
  * Sound re-enforcement;
  * Storage and transmission of audio recordings;
    * Audio link back to APH; and
    * Press split for media.

* Provision of spare parts (details will be determined based on the solution provided by the selected Tenderer).

* Significant weight savings.
  * A complete kit must not weight more than 74.0 Kg; and
  * Individually packaged cases must not weigh more than 17.5 Kg.

* Continued reliability and robustness of the audio facilities for interstate committees.
