Tender Description
The National Archives of Australia is seeking responses from organisations with a proven track record in providing cleaning, waste handling, hygiene and recycling solutions to provide this service at the National Archives Chester Hill Facility for a period of four yours including options.
The services will comprise of but not be limited to:
* Routine cleaning of the building interiors,
* Non-routine cleaning, e.g. specific cleaning tasks following an incident, major meetings and/or events;
* Litter and waste collection and handling, recycling management and disposal services;
* Sanitary disposal including the supply and/or replacement of receptacles;
* Provision of environmentally friendly cleaning consumables and products, including the procurement, stocking and replenishment of sanitary items, bin liners, liquid soaps, paper towels and toilet paper;
* Reporting of all waste and recycling statistics;
Other cleaning as required.
